Sales Negotiator – West End (Full Time)
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading estate agency and promote our 2025 Best Estate Agent Guide award winning service.
We are seeking a well presented, professional, charismatic and pro-active team member who is flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
The successful candidate must have estate agency sales negotiator experience and a proven track record in residential sales. They will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Acting as the point of contact for sales clients, responsible for skillfully negotiating property sales from initial launch through to conclusion of missives and settlement, the role will be primarily client experience focused as we look to deliver an exceptional estate agency service and achieve fantastic sales results for our clients.
A full UK Driving Licence and prior estate agency experience is essential.
Full Time – Core hours are as follows:
36 Hours per week.
Monday 9am – 5pm
Tuesday 9am – 5pm
Wednesday – 9am – 5pm
Thursday – 9am – 5pm
Friday – 8am – 5pm
Salary – Highly competitive / dependent on experience
Flexibility will be required for holiday cover and to cover the office opening hours.

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent estate agency and promote our Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 Award winning service. We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, well presented, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. Acting as first point of contact, the role is very customer and client focused. You will be will be the first point of contact carrying out property viewings for sales properties.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication and sales skills.
Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency or sales would be very advantageous.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential and a company pool car will be provided
Core Hours/Salary
Tuesday 9am – 6pm
Wednesday 10am – 7pm
Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 9am – 5pm
Saturday 9.30am – 4.30am
(36 hours per week)
Annual Salary: Highly Competitive – DOE

Property Portfolio Manager – Clarkston, Glasgow (Full Time)
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2024 award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for Landlord clients and Tenants, the role is primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) as well as in person in the office. The primary duties of the role are to professionally and swiftly arrange reactive repairs and maintenance with in house and third party Contractors during a tenancy, as well as dealing with the end of tenancy ‘Check Out’ vacate process, this will involve liaising with Landlords clients and Tenants and Contractors about any required works at the end of a tenancy and any subsequent deposit deductions.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a highly organised and positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management. Strong IT skills are a must.
Previous letting experience would be preferred.
Candidates who have achieved the Propertymark; Scottish Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management would be in a very strong position.
