Great remote purchase experience

We cannot recommend Clyde enough
Never Settle For Less.....In 1999 we purchased our family home in Newlands from Clyde and 20 years later they have been outstanding in selling it on for us. We spoke to a couple of other agents before choosing Clyde but I have to say once we had met Gavin and spoke with the team in his branch, there really was no other choice. Gavin had not only carried out his research on the current local market but left us with clear, precise, valuable information that made it a really simple choice for us. I have to say the quality of the brochure and video presentation was outstanding along with a highly professional and caring attitude from the team not only got us a quick result but reached a record price band for similar houses in the area. I have nothing but admiration for their hard work, dedication to our sale process and outstanding results achieved. We cannot recommend Clyde enough.

Selling remotely...
It is not easy to sell a house when living in another country with an 8 hour time difference. But, after an initial face to face meeting with Gavin, everything else was handled remotely. Photography and video footage was excellent. Everyone we dealt with at the Clyde Bearsden office was friendly and helpful. Nicola gave great advice and guided us through the whole process. Would definitely recommend Clyde for professional service.
