Further to our post regarding our recent success, an Edinburgh happy client was so impressed with our award winning service that they sent a card and flowers to say thank you for the help and guidance they received from Clyde Property.
And that’s exactly what Caroline Knowles has been doing lately. As the Area Manager, Caroline has joined the team a couple of months ago to head up our new Capital office and has been key to its success.
Simply doing her job – carrying out our award winning service – Caroline was helping a couple look for a retirement property for their Mother.
The couple, Alan and Kathleen McMillan, were very happy with the service they received and said:
“Caroline, many thanks for your assistance in our search for a retirement property for Mum. We would definitely recommend Clyde Property to family and friends.”
Having received the flowers and card, Caroline was taken aback by the kind gesture from the McMillan’s and said that the service they received from her was the level of service anyone should expect to receive at Clyde Property. She said:
“At Clyde Property, I like to think we truly tailor our service to the individual and apply our award winning service to their situation. With the McMillan’s, they were looking for a retirement property for their mum. I had a viewing with them, and then a second viewing with their mum.
“They were considering making an offer when another property came on the market which they felt suited their mums needs better. But they were so happy with the service they sent me flowers and a nice email and card to say thank you!
“It means so much to know that I am meeting the needs and expectations of our clients and I wish the McMillans well.”
The McMillans are not our only happy clients in Edinburgh. In the brief period we were open we managed to sell 2 homes which were previously listed unsuccessfully with ESPC solicitors – one of them in a record 2 days (Dalziel Place). We are now getting further instructions from sellers who have tried to market with other agents previously.
With our success in Morningside moving from strength to strength, and homes marketed through us continuing to sell quickly, efficiently and above Home Report Value, our aim is to continue this success and do all that we can to go above and beyond for our clients.
